Recently I presented at 6th Annual Global Workplace Wellness Summit, I was thrilled to participate in this exceptional summit on global workplace wellness. With a passion for enhancing employee well-being and organizational performance, my session promised attendees invaluable insights and practical tools. Session Highlights: Understanding and Addressing Employee Well-being Recognizing the Impact of Depression: I delved into the detrimental effects of depression on employee well-being and organizational performance. In this session, I shed light on the obvious and subtle signs of depression, equipping attendees with essential knowledge. I provided early warning signs and effective intervention methods, along with a self-assessment kit for both workers and managers. This knowledge will enable proactive identification and support for team members facing disengagement. The Role of Self-Care in Boosting Productivity: I have demonstrated the significance of self-care in enhancing employee productivity and fostering a healthier work-life balance. Through practical techniques and tools, attendees had learned to integrate self-care into their daily routines. This empowerment have helped to build a resilient and engaged workforce, ultimately benefiting both employees and organizations. Fostering a Supportive Organizational Culture: Leaders play a pivotal role in cultivating a workplace culture that promotes self-care, and open communication, and destigmatizes seeking help. This session promised actionable insights for fostering a workplace environment where well-being is a top priority. |
